"A very pleasant stay however we experienced a lot of noise during the night from the roof space which we believe may have been caused by a bird being trapped in the roof space. We noticed a velum roof light so maybe a bird had got stuck in there the previous day. I’ll leave that with you guys"

"I booked the hotel because it has a restaurant. When I arrived the restaurant was fully booked. Was it fully booked when I made my reservation - if so why was I not told? Or why was I not asked if I wanted to book a table?"

"Je ne comprends pas comment Expedia peut travailler avec de tels établissements. Pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant, il y avait seulement deux lits simples. La chambre était petite et sale. Quand j’ai demandé où était le 3ᵉ lit, ils ont sorti un lit supplémentaire de sous l’un des lits, à placer devant les toilettes pour dormir.
