"Amazing stay. Great central location and easy to find. There are two Faletti hotels in the area so make sure to ask for the right one. This one is opposite the Press Club. Convenient location with good food shops nearby! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Even the Hotel Manager came and introduced himself to me :-) "

"There is no heating in room, contrary to web site saying heatn is available. Hotwater from sink was hotter than from shower! Ended using sink tap to shower.Even windows do not open. Hotel is generally tired looking. Noisy corridor. Locaton of hotel is very good, Staff were very good and service was 10/10. My gripe is the room!"
