"We had a wonderful stay overall and truly enjoyed all 7 days. That said, I’ll highlight a few things others may want to consider. This review is for a connecting room booking (2nd and 7th floors). At check-in, despite paying extra for an ocean-view connecting room (needed for young children), we were told none were available. "Todos muy bien"

"Very little if any spoken English which made it hard to communicate with any staff members. Very much so a more visited resort from locals in Mexico. Food was below average with very few options to pick from and same stuff day after day. Nathalie our server at the outdoor bar was the best part of our trip! She was very nice and always attentive and had drinks to us the whole day. "
