Unfortunately, we were surprised that the buildings and grounds are quite tired and weathered looking and although the rooms were clean and comfortable the carpet was dirty. The property has nice sitting outside areas around the property. Access to Agate beach is via a small steep path. Parking is provided in a covered area. Ocean House is not in walking distance to restaurants or shopping. The firepit pic is misleading since when...

"This is a decent little apartment right on the beach with nice views. The back sliding door windows facing the beach in Unit 2 are not clear because there is some residue of some sort on them blurring the view. Other units don't have this problem. Other than that, the proximity to the beach and views from other windows are great. The apartment is right on the highway so road noise is a factor, though on the ocean side, you will hear the ocean."

"The property is absolutely darling and an amazing location with a million dollar view. The unit itself was not very clean. I wiped down surfaces to remove stuck on food and debris. I had to reclean dishes before we could use them. I saw in the welcome journal that others shared similar experiences. Beautiful place to stay though. "

The beach access was a breeze and our kiddos loved playong on yhe rec room. The pool was warm and the sauna worked! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stoked wifh anything we needed for cooking. We had a wonderful time!"
