"We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking. After time wasting communication via hotels.com app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience."

"Room was ok- clean. BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room. They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. Very poor quality.Tho, the view over the sea is nice to have! Soo dont...

The staff is highly competent and the attentive support provided by the reception team throughout our stay perfectly met our expectations. Special mention also goes to the lifeguard in charge of the children's water slides. We’ll...

"Excellent stay! was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional specially AZIZ and RIM always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Staff were brilliant with holiday makers they catered for all but no pork in restaurant. Entertainment could be better more proffessional singers or groups otherwise I can’t fault it"

"1. Too many guests with not so good service. 2. The meal is very simple and not comfortable while dinning. 3. However, personally, the roasted beef, fried chicken and noodles of dinner is very good. Excellent chef. 4. Poor breakfast."

"Mancanza di acqua calda, colazione da dimenticare, Tovagliato sporco e da molto tempo senza essere sostituito, tutta la struttura puzza di muffa, oltretutto è permesso di fumare in tutta la struttura"
