Callum the owner made a lovely breakfast & ofdered more if we wished but wasnt needed very filling great atmosphere with retro record player playing in background. "Staff brilliant, location good, breakfast hit and miss. This is not a hotel but a restaurant with rooms. No room safe, no reception desk However it is in a good position for the Wallace tower and museum (walkable) also very near the university. Breakfast is brought to you in a basket the night before and left outside your room. Unfortunately our second night no breakfast arrived for following morning there is no one onsite until later in the morning . I did find the cleaner and she was able to...

"Fast, friendly check-in. Room was bright, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The food in the restaurant was nice and there was enough to choose from the breakfast buffet in the morning. Overall it was a pleasant stay."
