"Great stay at the resort the staff couldn’t do enough to help, food was fab in the restaurant, we had a lunch and a dinner, the oka and tuna sashimi were amazing and also the seafood salad. The hotel is walking distance to the cave pools which is a bonus. They even somehow picked up that it was my birthday and gave me a special shout out at the Fia Fia night!! "

"Property was good, solid 3 star. Staff customer service was poor from the young girls in the restaurant. The girls never smiled always grouchy when requesting a drink or food. They definitely need training. Lina was really nice. Definitely made our stay more comfortable. Simple things like smiling and checking to see if we were ok went such a long way.
