"We had an amazing stay right on the water . Rooms are basic but bathrooms renovated . The balcony with water views and the grotto dining area are an extra bonus . Quaint hotel wrapped in history with modernity blended in . Breakfast was good albeit limited . Coffee was 👍👍👍. Great bar and sitting area . "

"Very friendly and helpful welcome with lots of information about the visitor card and the hotel services available. Also advised my partner where to go when he needed a haircut. Food is very good but unfortunately my partner is coeliac and had only 1 item on menu suitable. Though breakfast was catered for gluten free needs. "

"Room was very clean. Hotel interior was very impressive a beautiful marble staircase. The reason I scored a little low was was the exterior of the hotel definitely need some maintenance. It is really showing its age. I couldn't really comment positively on the staff because there wasn't any. This is due to this being a unique hotel and having an electronic booking system where there is no reception but you do everything online. And this also includes getting your barcode for your hotel room....
