Check in was easy- note there are some fairly steep stairs leading up to the front door, as well as stairs within the house. I was very comfortable in my efficiency room, and especially appreciated the water, condensation, and diamond bakery cream crackers which were a much needed snack during my Merrie Monarch adventures! A great location and a comfortable place to stay for any Hilo vacation. "
