What I didn't like is breakfast did not open on time, and though I can early, I ended up getting stuck behind a huge group of tourists because the restaurants payment device wasn't ready. I was late for my early appointment and I felt the staff could have been more helpful to get me on my way"

We specifically want to give shout outs to Sandra, the Graduate Manager who checked us in and made us feel most welcome, the housekeeping team who acted with pit crew like speed and precision when they changed our bedding 10 mins before the end of their shift after we forgot to request no feather pillows/duvets due to allergies, and Annie & Helen in the F&B team who were just amazing throughout our stay. Would return."

"Such a great hotel. Staff were super friendly. Gym and room were great. Meals were good too. Breakfast was a little bit chaotic but loads people turned up at once and one staff member was running round so quickly, trying to do everything, but she did appear to be on her own. So fair play to her. "
