"Well located hotel within five minutes walk of the ferry port. An old fashioned style B and B with seemingly new owners (Opul Group). Rooms are large but maybe a little in need of a refresh. Everything clean. Breakfast included which was surprisingly excellent. Buffet style but even catered for us as vegans which was amazingly welcome. Well located for the town centre, next door to wetherspoons which can be loud on a weekend, but no huge problem."

"The breakfasts were amazing, a lot of choice, not just the usual standard british breakfast. The staff were very good. The owners was very helpful when we had a medical emergency. The hotel is well located with a short walk to Douglas beach and the shops within easy reach. The only drawback for us was the stairs. There were a lot of them up to our room and no lift, but apart from that we had a lovely stay."
