"My second stay at the Abbey Hotel and as expected the facilities were great and the staff efficient and friendly. Some unusual circumstances led to my stay and the staff even help with those."

"Overall lovely hotel. We were unlucky with a room with a musky fishy smell which detracted from all the other lovely room features. I did notice some cobwebs in the room and a few patches of touch up white paint which didnt quite match which normally I would overlook. Staff lovely and room quiet. breakfast good and grounds wonderful. "

"Stayed at the manor hotel for a night with my partner, we both thought the hotel was great. We used the spa and loved the discount for hotel guests. The service was amazing, the staff very helpful and welcoming. In regard to the facilities we didn’t have a shower that worked HOWEVER this was quickly rectified by the hotel desk. We had two options, 1. We move rooms or 2. We can use the shower in an unused room. They were so lovely in the situation and I had everything I needed, thank you...

The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay.
