"A 2 night break in Bath. Chose the Apex as wanted to collect the duck! Friendly welcome at check in. Had a superior double room. Huge room with 6ft bed. Very comfortable. Great bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Used the pool, sauna and steam room. All very lovely. Didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on food. Did use the bar and wasn’t keen on the seating area as all very waiting room like. Hotel is well placed for all the attractions and has loads of places nearby to eat &...

"Good location; friendly staff; generous-sized room; cleanliness. The interior of the hotel is new and easy to maneuver, but entrance has several sets of steps. Saw elderly people and people with mobility issues struggling to conquer the steps, especially with luggage and no hand rails. Not accessible for wheel chair users. "

"Excellent overnight stop in Bristol Coty Centre. Courteous staff and very comfortable stay. Slight smell of drains in en-suite, but not such to spoil the overall stay. More regular teabags would have been welcome - only 2 for a double room! "
