"We stayed for one night as a family of three and were very happy to receive a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. Lovely and helpful staff, nice pools and good breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend for a family stay in Lugano."

"La douche ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons essayé de contacter l'équipe sur les 4 numéros qui nous on été donné dont un qui était pour les urgences mais nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de l'équipe.
nous avons donc passé un séjour de 4 jours sans douche c'est inacceptable scandaleux et déplorable, bien dommage car le reste était correcte.
Franchement je ne recommande pas du tout !"

"Die Lage ist super, nahe am See und der Fußgängerzone. Einen Seeblick hat man nur durch eine schmale Gasse vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus.
Es handelt sich um ein eigentlich sehr schönes, gut und komplett eingerichtetes Apartment. Leider wurde es von vorherigen Gästen nicht gut behandelt und vom Vermieter bzw. der Agentur auch nicht repariert. So ist z.B. ein Fach im Kühlschrank ausgebrochen, ein Schrankgriff abgebrochen, Töpfe sind stark verschmutzt, beim Geschirrspüler fehlen Salz und Klarspüler,...
"Nice kitchen with full size refrigerator was an unexpected plus. Living area was very spacious. We were in unit five with a private outdoor yard and dining area. Instructions made access easy. My partner loved the large bathtub with jacuzzi, although I wish it had a proper shower. "
"First night the bar downstairs was so loud that the floor was shaking in the apartment and we could'n sleep. Contacted the office about the noise, they did not reply. Following nights were not so bad. There was NO welcoming bottle of Prosecco as promised, not even one coffee capsule for the coffeemachine, we did NOT get Ticino card which would have saved us a lot of money. The apartment as such was nicely decorated and conveniently located. "
