"Hotel is great, very clean and spacious. It's very walkable to find food etc. We also walk to downtown and Gatineau area - a bit of a distance but it's doable. The location is great, I feel safe to walk my dog at night around the hotel."

"Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was self-serve which was ok once you figured that out BUT it was weak AND bitter and mugs small that were meant for saucers with no saucers. Cream in those little capsules that spilled everywhere - lots was needed to dilute the bitter coffee. Scrambled eggs were unappetizing, and sausage was a big slice of wiener. Fruit limited to whole apple orange or banana. Long lines for making toast or waffles - especially on thanksgiving Monday - staff were attentive and did their best."
