If I personally pick the room, and every different room options has pictures attached to it, I expect to get what I chose. And we didn’t. It was extremely disappointing. Also make sure the front desk has manners. They are the very first people we see when we come into the resort. They should be welcoming and smiling, with positive attitudes. You know warm. Don’t have a nasty unwelcoming attitude. Go work somewhere where you can be hidden and not with guests if your like that. The very first girl we dealt with was like that when we tried to see if we could possibly check in earlier. Samantha was excellent, and the girl with the heart glasses was kind. But the first girl, needs to work somewhere else. "
