A main set of French doors to the deck is nailed shut with boards, the fireplace is non-functional, multiple fans don’t work, the stove is pitiful. Not what you should get in an exclusive gated community on the beach. The house is in fact not beachfront. It is one lot back from the beach and so it has no direct access to the beach.
