Was not expecting MANDATORY $70 a day valet parking

Great breakfast buffet

The buffet and parking are outrageously priced. There is no pool and no Shuttle to the airport.

Everything was great except parking.

The biggest thing for us was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Most memorable were Melanie who checked us in and Kyle who took care of us most of the time. We were there for our parents' 50th anniversary and were just blown away by Kyle's warm hospitality, and thoughtfulness throughout our stay. Of course the stream-side property itself was unbelievably charming with beautiful, well-maintained grounds, and our 2-level room just had so much character. We...

super clean, great location and easy parking

This hotel was perfect for our stay as tourists in San Fran. It was close to SO many dining options, local shopping, transportation and major meetup areas for touring. The coffee shop right next door was a dream! Great local coffee and friendly service. The hotel was immaculately clean and front desk staff very willing to help out with any additional needs. The room was modern and simple with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. The room was quiet and very well designed. Little details in the design were smart and made it super comfortable. Love the blackout shades and the shade in the “window” of the bathroom. Nice to have a foot bar in the shower. There were no plastic bags in the garbages. Loved the floor material. Super...

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city!! Fast access to china town. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was exceptional.

Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. I had injured my knee a couple of days earlier and was on crutches and he did everything he could to help me. At the front desk, Jared and Dominique were warm, welcoming, professional and...
