"Friendly staff, top facilities"

"El hotel está demasiado limpio y práctico. El área de comida está de lujo, si no tienes ganas de salir o estás prácticamente agotado del viaje, puedes llegar y comer mientras disfrutas de la vista. También cuentan con servicio para comprar si no quieres salir, pero si soy sincero está algo costoso los productos, fuera de eso, está muy bien. The hotel is too clean and practical. "Great location and a stunning castle view. Staff were great."

"Well located hotel right in the royal mile. Has its own parking which is easy to find and discounted for hotel guests. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms."

"Just a one night stay while working in Kirkcaldy, had the superior single room. Due to the stormy weather I couldn’t keep the window open which made the room rather warm. Bed comfy enough, grout in the shower needs a good scrub (I am a cleaner and know what causes this!) and my carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Other than that can’t complain for the price. Didn’t use any of the facilities so won’t comment. Would I stay here again, yes, if it was as cheap."

"I had a great stay between the 25th of October to the 28th. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. I had a quiet room on level 4 which was great and the room had everything I needed."

Staff are lovely and super helpful not only with your stay but recommendations and navigation around Edinburgh. Room was lovely, very cozy and clean. Kettle with an assortment of tea and coffee as well. Atmosphere was excellent and fun Photo Booth in the lounge along with games, and food/drink with purchase. One piece that I really noticed was their attention to detail. I stayed on a...
