The Belvedere Hotel in Spiez is a beautiful, clean property with stunning Lake Thun views and friendly staff. However, room cleaning was subpar—hair and garbage remained on beds and floors, and sheets weren’t changed despite opting for daily service. The green initiative is great, but cleanliness shouldn’t suffer. The steep hike to the town/train station was tough with luggage, and missing the paid shuttle led to a 50 CHF Uber ride. A solid hotel, but housekeeping and accessibility issues drop...
