"Great hotel in a perfect location for visiting McGill. The parking situation was a little confusing but otherwise, all good! "

"Checked in and found a staff member (not housekeeping) casually chatting on the phone inside our room. Startled us, not what you expect walking into your own room. Also the room was very far from the check in desk, and no elevators, no stairs, had to carry a heavy luggage upstairs, and was very inconvenient to walk all the way down every time. For the price point, the basics were lacking. No complimentary water bottles, we were told to purchase them. The room and facilities were okay, nothing...

"The restaurant was under construction (which was not indicated when booking) so that was a disappointment. The rooms (standard) need a major upgrade and maintenance. The bathroom door was broken. The shower head had to be replaced while there and the duvet also had to be replaced. The parking pass didn’t work the entire trip as well. Great location but again in need of a major upgrade."
