"Cute and compact space for a weekend stay! We were in town for a music festival and the location we perfect. The condo amenities were great - everything we needed was available including space to store bags, lots of towels, cleaning supplies. From the photos I didn't realize it was a bachelor (no separate bedroom) but it was fine for our needs. Great communication with the host and property manager throughout!Would book again for sure!"

"The location is good. You have Old Montreal and Downtown close to you, around 20 minutes walking. Enough parking options and you have grocery store really close, so if you need you can get anything you need. Inside, the Apartment/place was good and rooms are spacious. But, WIFI is intermittent and really slow, you need to have that in mind if internet connection is a must for you. One of the bedrooms had a very dirty bed linen or sheets and they never sent a clean ones to replace it. In the...

"We had a nice visit to Montreal using this apartment as a base to visit the city. It’s in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants and shops. The week we were there was a festival and the street was blocked off with many vendors, which was a nice bonus. It’s about 30 minute walk to the old downtown and 15 to the Latin quarter which is another nice street.The photos describe the property well. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a desk and a nightstand. Having two nightstands would have been useful....

"Property was very clean, like new, character of a nice neighborhood, brownstone building. Across from a beautiful park- quiet. Very comfortable very straightforward , wish we could’ve stayed longer ! "

"Nice four bedroom apartment just around the block from a trendy street with lots of interesting bars, restaurants, and shops and close to downtown. It looks very plain from the outside, but is comfortable and well equipped inside. The owner was very easy to communicate with and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay in Montreal. We were a group of three generations, young adults, their mother and their grandmother. It worked well for all of us."

Le St Martin Hotel Particulier Montreal

10/10 Excellent

"I love this hotel! No matter how much shopping around I may do before booking, I have been returning to the Le St Martin. It can't be equalled in the quality of the staff or the hotel itself. Never a thing out of place!! However, as I was saying at check in, the only downside is the lack of a bar and restaurant. I would love to slide down to the bar for a quick drink before going out for dinner. That is it, Le St Martin, the only thing that you need for perfection in my eyes. See you again soon!!"
