"Great location with a short walk to the harbour area along a coastal promenade. The majority of staff were really nice. A big thank you to Nikki in Guest Relations for a warm welcome and friendly conversations during my stay. The breakfast staff were also great and attentive. "Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. There were two large outside pools that were freezing cold (very pleasant for countering the heat) and one inside pool that was a little warmer. "The hotel was lovely & all staff were very nice & helpful. We arrived just after the restaurant had closed, they allowed us to skip the check-in, just gave us our wristbands & rushed us straight down to dinner. The kids nightclub & entertainment was brilliant. "
