"The room was clean, and the pre-booking system for the spa facilities was very convenient and well organised. However, the staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely difficult to connect, which made the internet service very frustrating to use. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the Wi-Fi issue definitely needs improvement."

"Zeer goed ontbijt.

"Excellent location....five mins to bus terminal/market, 10 mins to Riga train station. Helpful, enthusiastic staff, well appointed facility."

"Lovely property and helpful staff. Around a 10 minute walk from the central area. Decor was very nice and the room and area around the hotel was exceptionally clean."

"There were some issues with credit card payments during both check-in and check-out. However, the team handled the situation very professionally and efficiently."

"Great hotel, great breakfast, great location, great city."

"Staff were consistently helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Ran a bit warm but that’s a personal thing"
