"All the staff were very accommodating. We had a lovely big renovated room with twin beds. The outdoor spa in the pool area is warm enough to use going into winter. Lovely fresh breakfast. There are currently renovations/construction noise, but we were out and about most of it anyhow."

The rooms are small but don't feel in any way cramped, and have all necessary modern amenities. My favourite areas of the hotel however are the large and fully stocked gym, and the library/working area on Level 2 where there is plenty of space to set up your own private work station...

"Fantastic views over Newcastle and South Newcastle beaches. Check in/out was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was provided at no extra cost. The rooms are extremely well maintained and serviced. Was the second time in 2 weeks we’ve stayed there. The property is close to restaurants along the Harbourside. "

"Because we asked for no airfreshner to be sprayed we were given a disability bathroom , an accessibility room. It was ok but I would have preferred a better room for what we paid. Microwave cost us $20 extra. We were given a much better room last time we stayed. A bit disappointing."
