"Really enjoyed my stay. Staff stayed in contact with us before arrival via WhatsApp. They took all our needs into consideration, including dietary needs. Especially Mia and the reception staff, very very caring. They would ask us if we needed help, offer us free cold lemonade after our travels back to the hotel. Felt like home away from home. Location was also amazing, was close to shopping and restaurants! "

Location in Hanoi's old quarter is perfect for walking around and seeing the sights - it's only 5 minutes away from the lake with the temple and maybe 15 or so from the Hanoi beer street.
