"The property was okay, but the elevator was horrible: 4 elevators, only 2 worked, which made it very difficult to get Back to your room. It would take about 20 minutes each round. The pool was small. It was also very difficult for Uber to find the parking garage."

"Air wasn’t working very well gd it was 75 degrees in my room called down stairs to get somebody never seen anybody come up no note my room started cooling off around 1 am had to get up at 4 to catch plane refrigerator Was not cold tried to check in early paid the extra fee too didn’t get to check into 325 which normally check in is 4 was not impressed for money of room probably will not stay here again and when I checked out they did not ask me how my stay was after complaining"

"We were told that our room was not ready because Checking in early and we needed to wait at least an hour, which understandable if there was same reason for other clients as well. There were some people checked in before and after us they got their rooms ready, when we asked how long more we need to wait there answered us “you have to wait until 3pm”. But my question was how come others after us were looked before ours and besides my 2 room for my daughters were in different floors far apart. So...

"The staff was super friendly and attentive, the texting for help works way better than calling. Down side no microwaves in the rooms. Also no shuffle to air port."
