"The location, view, and amenities are amazing. The rest, not so much. The food has become incredibly overpriced, my final bill was wrong for a second time in a row, and many of the rooms are very loud, either due to other guests (there are no quiet hours) or because the room's heating/cooling system sounds like a jet engine taking off. Don't think we'll be back."
