"The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. "Overall amazing hotel, amazing stay. The room is more than I could dream of and had the best sleep of my life. The check-in process was lovely, got an awesome upgrade, and my room was ready early. I guess the only thing I would say is the concierge doesn’t have much pull. I get that it is booked, but concierge at a 5 star hotel should be able to work something out? After the 3rd request to try to get tickets or booking somewhere with no avail, I did it on my own. But they still were very nice."
