"From being greeted at the gate, to then having everything done for you… the staff at Grantley Hall make this a 7 star experience. The rooms, the bar, the grounds, all impeccable. The breakfast was disappointing for me - had high expectations but everything else was excellent. "

"Ive stayied here many times, good for the price, areas of my room were slighlty tired especially the bed side tables. The tv in the room is incredibly small. Shower and bathroom, superb. Room 8 is near the exit which would be fine if the main doors had a soft close. Breakfast good. Overal id stay again, no major problems."

"We wanted an overnight stay on our way to the Lake District and found a perfect gem of a hotel. From the moment we arrived we were cared for by great staff. Our bedroom was a suite and just gorgeous. Dinner and breakfast were superb with plenty of choices. Wandering around the extensive beautifully manicured grounds we found the kitchen garden which is obviously used for a great deal of the food in the hotel. Just wished we could have stayed longer. "

"Very comfortable, well presented and well equipped apartment. The only small issue is the mould/mildew in the shower area which we appreciate may be down to the use of eco friendly products but it does spoil the presentation of the shower area"
