The name of the ladies) They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable.
