"Such an oasis ! I immediately felt relaxed when I walked in here . This hotel is beautiful and every detail is thought of . I love their commitment to sustainability and it’s done with style . Staff is super helpful. Oh and the beds are very , very comfortable! Best hotel bed ever ! Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud ."

"Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing."

"The breakfast and staff are always lovely. This was our second time staying and the room we had on the 4th floor was not great for sleeping in - unfortunately the surrounding venues/hotels had music playing until 3.30am that could be heard in our room (next time ear plugs are a must being a light sleeper). Also disappointingly the pool heater was not as good as last year - it felt cool to touch whereas last year it was warm.. just the little extras that make a hotel excellent."

"Loved staying here, so central to everything. Room was ideal with kitchen & laundry included. Teenage daughter loved having her own room/space. Facilities were great & reception staff were very helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay here again."
