One area for improvement would be the communication process with the reception and concierge. Relying on a landline in 2025 felt a bit outdated and resulted in longer wait times for callbacks. Although we attempted to use the WhatsApp link provided, we did not receive a response. Aside from that, the resort is truly ideal for relaxation, offering beautiful surroundings and world-class facilities.
