"We visited the resort to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday. We had an amazing time thanks to the staff who went out of their way to arrange a whole birthday cake, candle and singing with our first evening meal which made her feel very special. The entire team deserves a special mention, in particular the housekeeping team who always left our room looking immaculate with a smile on their faces. For a resort that is classed as 5 star I think that it is really more a 4 star resort but it is due to the exceptional service of the staff that I’m giving a full 5 star rating. "

Nice room but a little small we stayed in a bayside double ok for 1 night Both breakfast & dinner were amazing great choice! We went in October 2025 weather was nice and hot around 24 but the swimming pool was really cold!! Once in was nice & refreshing. Wouid defiantly stay again best bay in Corfu! "

"Could not fault our recent stay at Ikos. The food quality was excellent with something to suit all tastes at each restaurant. The service was amazing throughout the resort, all staff members going that extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The room was great, clean and well appointed. The pools were clean and there was never a fight for a sun bed and we were staying at peak school holiday time. Absolutely loved it and will look to book a return visit next year. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel and couldn’t fault the staff who pulled out all the stops to ensure my disabled mother and family had a great stay. The food & wine on offer were exemplary and there is a really nice choice of restaurants to visit. The pools are right next to the beach so you can do what you feel like doing. Again the service in the pool & beach areas was excellent. If I had any criticism it would be that the owners need to spend a bit of money to update some areas which were a bit tired in places but overall a really great stay with the service & efficiency from the staff the real highlight. "This was undoubtedly one of the best stays of my life. Honestly, it was an amazing vacation in an amazing place. The resort is massive, with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy—whether it’s the beach, pools, or numerous restaurants. The all-inclusive package includes branded international alcohol and truly outstanding cocktails available throughout the resort. The hotel is very family- and child-friendly, featuring a great aqua park with both large and small water slides. But the highlight for me was the garden—an expansive area filled with trees, palm groves, and lush grass. There’s even a small zoo! The word “Botanica” in the name is truly fitting. Before coming, I read a few negative reviews about long queues at the bars. If waiting 3 minutes for a drink is considered too long, I really don’t understand those complaints. The staff are doing an excellent job, always smiling and in a great mood. All you have to do is wait a moment for your drink. The food was delicious every day, with a variety of around 12 dishes including at least three types of meat, plus fish, seafood, loads of salads, fruits, and vegetables. And of course, pizza and pasta are available all day long. The resort also offers four à la carte restaurants that require advance booking. I wasn’t lucky enough to get a spot, but it wasn’t a problem—there was more than enough to enjoy. For the kids, there’s an ice cream shop, a chocolate bar, a popcorn machine, and more."
