"The friendliest hotel I have stayed in, ever. The staff were delightful - hospitable, kind, engaging and very efficient.
The hotel fully lives up to its globally iconic location in one of England's most beautiful cities, steeped in history and culture. It was amazing that such a 'top-end' hotel is dog friendly too...
We felt very special during our stay and would love to return.
Worth every penny...!"

"Staffs were very friendly and polite. Ask for anything and it will arrive in minutes! The ground is absolutely beautiful and you can take a stroll to relax anywhere. Highly recommended. Just a note that the wifi is not the best and can use some upgrades."

"Beautiful and very spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. King bed and bunk beds in separate bedrooms. Bathroom has bath and separate shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely time and would come back. It’s convenient for the Cotswolds, Bath, Bristol and lovely countryside and villages nearby, and not far from the M4 - though it’s in a quiet little village. The pub itself is lovely too. "
