"Staying at Dromoland Castle was like a dream come true. From the minute we drove in the front gate and were warmly welcomed to the staff who took our car, the bar staff in the incredibly beautiful bar to the lady who showed us our room, everything was exceptional. Rooms were lovely. The grounds were incredible. Walking around in the sunshine along the lake and walking through the walled garden were all highlights. Would return again in a heartbeat. Great way to conclude our stay in Ireland!"
"Beautiful setting nestled into the cliff. A lot of the roof of the building was natural which made for a more, naturalist type setting. Taking the Cliff Walk was experience we will never forget, the waves crashing created clouds of mist made us feel like we were in another era. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
"Maybe it’s an American expectation, but there was no help with luggage. You had to lug it up a set of stairs before reaching the heavy wooden doors, all while standing in the rain.
Once inside, the staff was friendly, kind of. They seemed to be good at all the wrong things.
The door to the balcony in my room was broken. Someone came to fix it, managed to break it further, and promised to add it to the maintenance list. He then told me I would be perfectly safe sleeping with a balcony door that...
