"super slow front desk, with huge lines all the time. No recognition of fairmont platinum status or any other entitled perks. Resort charges a daily resort fee of $111 (100 plus tax) which is ridiculous based on the amenities it offers. (aluminum bottle to refill filtered water that does not taste good), super slow to non existent beach service. Pools were ok, but you can easily see the accumulated scum all around the water line of the pools which indicates they have not been properly...

The entire property was simply amazing. The pools, beach, restaurants, and casino were all top-notch. It was a truly memorable experience."
