"Drinks options on the indoor bars were good although there was a different level of All inclusive which you needed to pay for to be able to access some other cocktails and champagne. Staff were very good around the resort and always helpful however there needs to be more waiters around the pool area as we waited for 20-30 minutes sometimes for our order to come back to us. There was also a building site next door to the hotel which is not their fault, but it was a bit noisy at times and unsightly. Food at the resort was beautiful."

We are not typically fans of the food at all inclusive resorts, but the food was incredible. We will absolutely return. Special shout out to Turquoise manager Hady and his amazing staff. Fauzey in the beach area was very kind and always helped us find a spot. Sammy was another wonderful staff member in the beach area. I cant say enough about their exceptional customer service.
