"Very hepfull staff, i was offered a nice appartment at floor 79, which has amazing views. Very comfortable bed! Parking is quite easy, with direct elevatir access, but a little expensive at 45$/day.The only thing that could be improved is the shower pressure, and the room is a little bit dusty."

"Enjoyed our stay. Front desk were great when checking in. The room was great. Unfortunately the elevators were out for our floor the second day. So waiting for elevators took a while as they were often full. I know elevators have to have maintenance but having to haul our luggage up 8 flights of stairs to get to the elevator to take us down to the lobby was not ideal. Made me wonder how elderly people would cope or if people were in a wheelchair chair."
