Pues la verdad el hotel es bueno pero las personas que arriendan las suites dejan que desear tenían muchos detalles y alquilamos dos pero nos pusieron a unos en una torre y a otros en la otra torre para comunicarnos teníamos que ir de un lado a otro no te prestan toallas para la alberca te limitan mucho estuvo pésimo yo recomiendo que reserven directo a el hotel

La vista al mar sin embargo la atencion de recepción no fue muy buena ya que indicaron q no sabian nada de el propietario y el valet parking tarda mucho hace muchas filas

La propiedad no tenia las dos camas dobles y una sofacama anunciadas en la publicacion. Tenia una cama doble, una cama sencilla, y un sofacama que ni se podia usar para sentarse, mucho menos para dormir por tan mal estado en que estuvo. El baño se inundaba al abrir la llave de la regadera y el agua llegaba hasta el otro cuarto en cuestion de un par de minutos. La parilla electrica estaba quebrada y desconectada. Grave falta de mantenimiento y cuidado. Eran faltas del dueño y/o de la administracion, no del personal de limpieza.

El cuarto no era el de las fotos.

Hola. Fue algo molesto hospedarme allí. Me sentí engañada . Porque la habitación no era como las fotos . El cuarto fue totalmente diferentes. Las condiciones del cuarto fueron horribles. El aire acondicionado regaba agua. Había fuga en la regadera. Me engañaron y me sentí estafada.
