The views say it all!

Located on the north point overlooking Half Moon Bay, these condos feature floor to ceiling windows that allow you to soak in the most stunning views. Plus, you will have direct access to some of the best snorkeling along the coast.

La Iguana #8 is a lovely 2 bedroom suite that offers guests a true Caribbean getaway. The complex has two swimming pools, one ocean view plunge pool, and one tranquil garden pool. Relax under a beachfront palapa while reading in one of the many lounge chairs. If you are up for a bit of an adventure, you can easily walk 5 minutes to snorkel at Yalku Lagoon, a natural aquarium where a fresh water river meets an ocean inlet.

Retreat to this spacious 2 bedroom condo that is located on the 3rd floor. You will enjoy your own private garden side terrace, which is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee. Guests will marvel at the full wall of windows that allow for unfiltered views of the sea.

Full of charm, La Iguana #8 has a king bed in each of the two bedrooms, both with their own private bathroom. There is A/C in the bedrooms and living area. This vibrant suite also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. All the comforts needed to make this a true home away from home!

Wonderful location on Half Moon Bay. Spacious area, beautiful view, and extremely responsive staff. Kitchen area very nice and utensils supplied very adequate. Owner was most accommodating and replaced the AC unit in 24hrs after becoming nonfunctional.

The view was amazing! Condo was very clean and Conchi came in everyday and cleaned! Hector was great help with getting us a golf cart for the day. We will be back for sure!!

Great spot great views and access to beach!

Property was awesome. Great views on 3rd floor with wide open views of the ocean. Easy access to Akumal by walking and plenty to eat for a week in town. Highly recommend

Excellent quiet and private location, roomy and gorgeous views

We had a lovely 4 nights here, with great snorkeling right out front. The kids enjoyed the small pools and seeing all the birds and geckos and iguanas. Having daily maid service seemed excessive until we remembered there’s no dishwasher. Don’t miss stargazing from the roof, and listening to the whistling wind in the evenings and mornings.

Best place to snorkel in half Moon Bay, Akumal

This rental is fabulous. It has the best view of the bay. It is one of the spots on half Moon Bay, where the Sargasm does not go. Each bedroom has a balcony, and there is a huge living area inside the front door. That is not part of the actual house, it was great to leave our swimwear towels and snorkel gear out there. There is also an outdoor table and area to hang out the windows overlooking half moon Bay open completely for large amounts of ocean breezes. The AC works great and the beds were firm. This is the second time we have stayed at La iguana and highly recommend it , Hector is great and the maids are wonderful -there are also two pools one on the garden side, and one on the ocean side that is partly under the building so people who want to be in the pool, but also be in the shade will enjoy this

Comfortable stay with amazing view

The house is exactly the same as the picture , spacious with great view . Half moon bay is much more quiet than Akumal bay. There is no beach around the condo, I have to wade in the water to reach the half moon bay beach. But it has the advantage of sea grass free and snorkeling off shore. I wish I could have stayed longer

Exactly as advertised!

As soon as you enter the condo, your eyes are drawn to the floor to ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of Half Moon Bay! The location is close to the north end of Akumal, which gives us a nice walk to restaurants. The cleaning staff and landscape maintenance keep the condo and property very clean. We would highly recommend this condo and the La Laguna property.

Quiet Paradise

Tucked away at the end of the bay, this quiet community is perfect for relaxation! It had beautiful views and was well maintained, cleaning service daily, and had all the amenities needed for the week. Don’t be in a rush getting in, the speed bumps are no joke, a recommended renting a golf cart if you’re there for the week to drive back and forth to the main market area it’s further of a walk than it looks! Great experience and amazing vacation would absolutely stay here again!
