"I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me...

"They don’t have shuttle services on Friday to jummah prayers the last bus leaves at 9 AM When I went to the front desk and ask her where the bus was, she told me to talk to her colleague who was the doorman I asked the doorman he had no clue. The staff really think they’re better than everybody. They’re ignorant, arrogance and rude. Hotels decent, but the shuttle drops you off so far from the haram you’re walking for about 30 minutes. If you have the money, stay at the clock tower"
