"Dålig information om allt, vi fick gå med altl bagage 230 meter p.g.a. vägarbete. När vi kom till receptionen och skulle checka in så fick vi en kortnyckel utan den lilla pappersfickan där man normalt skriver in rumsnummer, tur att man inte har alzheimers sjukdom. Väl till rummet så fick vi inte havsutsikt som vi hade bokat, tillbaka till receptionen och få ett rum med havsutsikt. Väl inne så finns det glasdörrar med fantastik utsikt, det tråkiga att dessa var låsta med en gammal skruv som var...

"not a very friendly place to stay, our reservation got 'lost' and we weren't sure if there is space for us... we booked and paid two double rooms and were given a double and a bad smelling single with a bath without toilet seat in the end (had to complain and finally got the two doubles we paid for). we did not feel we were welcome in the rifugio. no information on the surroundings were given at all and the food wasn't as good as expected. the rooms were okay in the end but the bath really...

"The property is elegant and brand new. We loved everything. Beautiful view of Mt Etna, well maintained pool, grounds and the food is amazing at the restaurant onsite. Price is unbeatable. Breakfast is amazingly set up. It is wonderful value. We highly recommend it."
