"We stayed at this wonderful hotel 6 nights. I loved strong shower, windows facing to the hotel garden patio and chiming bell. The room was very clean with comfortable pillows and noise insulation. I choose this hotel, because it's in quiet lower Bergamo city area, but around are so many places to eat - pizza, sushi and brunch restaurant.. As well I loved that hotel room had a kettle, even that our breakfast was included in the price. As well I loved hotel decoration vibes and plenty areas to lounge with beautiful bar. I used one day hotel spa, which was very quiet."

"Nice hotel, with friendly staff and nice rooms. Food on some nights was great, other nights slow to arrive and one meal arrived cold. Only 35 minutes to Monza Track. Parking near the Lesmo corner, Gate D."

"A lovely hotel… staff were helpful especially Fraaz… who helped us on check in… and when we checked out. The lady on the reception in our first night is also very helpful as we needed extra pillows and iron…. they did not have iron but lend us a steamer as alternative. it would have been good to have kettle in the room.."

"This was a good, clean, true 4-star hotel. I am very picky when it comes to hotels specially when traveling to Europe where the hotel experience can be different than the US, but room was just as advertised maybe just a bit smaller than I was expecting. I liked how the hotel was located across from where people go to access the lake for swimming and there are great restaurants very close. Probably would not stay here again just because Malgrate is a little far from the active parts of Lake Como and it’s difficult to travel over there but definitely great if you want a more quiet experience!"

"This property is a good place to stay if you have transport. It is located several km from Bergano itself in an area that is not attractive for walking. Overall, as an economy option it is excellent with a superb breakfast. We found the floor in our room could have been beter cleaned which was a little disappointing."
