"They upgraded us to a suite that was wonderful. We wanted a kitchen and got a full one that even included a dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was like a modern one-bedroom apartment just across from the Tower of London. Our only complaint was the bed was hard."

"Nice hotel and spacious room but we booked a double room thinking it was two beds and it’s one double bed and one pullout sofa. The pullout sofa mattress was too thin and uncomfortable."

"The view from my room was beautiful and the staff was friendly. A great price and location was amazing close to alot of good local restaurants and attractions. But the windows and common areas were a little dirty. Had a wonderful experience here tho easy check in and very convenient check out. "
