"Checked in at 1 a.m. Staff said breakfast was $11. We said we’d decide later since we might sleep in. When we came down a few hours later, they demanded double the price with no prior warning or mention of any time restriction. Very poor communication and unprofessional behavior. Extremely disappointed — do not recommend this hotel."

"Room was adequate. There was a storm that passed through a few hours earlier and the power was out, they said it would be back on within 30 mins. It took a while to come back then was intermittent throughout the evening with a generator, not ideal for the need to charge things the night before our departure. The WiFi didn’t work (assuming due to the power) Beds were ok… pillows were rock hard. Not the best place to stay for more than 1 night"

"I chose this hotel because of proximity to the airport. They have a shuttle running to and from the El Dorado every 30 minutes. Finding their shuttle was easy as they emailed instructions on how to get to the shuttle section at the airport. They also keep staff at the airport to provide information and guide you to the right property. Habitel has two different hotels close to the airport in Bogota. I liked the fact that their staff wears yellow jackets easy to spot at the shuttle section. The...

"Staff was very nice and room was clean. It is a good location, close to the center and for those who intend to dine out at restaurants. Very unique building. We found that the room was very small for my wife and I and our luggage and there are no mini-fridge in the room to put your beverages or to refrigerate the food items we bought in the markets, etc. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at night because our room was close to a terrace where people stayed up late."

"The facility was centrally located to areas tourist would want to visit. I would recommend they provide bottled water in the rooms, to brush your teeth. "

The service is great, the food menu needs improving and I didn’t think the food was all that. To be honest it’s average at best. I had great company so I really enjoyed myself.
