Brackley Beach Northwinds Inn and Suites

"The gym treadmills did not work. The pool only had a ladder for entering not steps. However that is ok. The housekeeping staff were great."

Shining Waters Cottages

"We stayed there with our son and my mom. The staff were so kind and were always around the property ready to help. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the $10 per person. Could not get the TV box to work despite having someone who worked there come try to fix it but this did not effect our trip. The pool was clean and well maintained. No daily maid service however if you need fresh towels or anything, just ask. Coin operated laundry was convenient. Not a lot of amenities in room but was spacious and clean. Planning our stay for next year!"
Blackbush Beach Resort

"We had a great one night stay at Blackbush Resort. It started with driving up to the property and its wonderful location right near the shore. A great greeting at the front desk and some help from Lamar who was bartending but noticed it was raining and ran outside to bring an umbrella as we were unloading our bags. A large gorgeous room - with views! We noticed the heated bathroom floor and we were impressed. The hot tubs outside were wonderful. The didn’t dine here but there is an in-house restaurant that had a set menu for evening and what looked like a sport bar type restaurant a block away that was open until 9. We had dinner plans elsewhere but would babe checked it out. You can see the ocean from many angles of the property, and the beach is a few minutes walk away. Wish we had stayed at least one more night really explore the area."

"Pet friendly was a big reason we chose this chalet. Traveling with dogs, 3 adults, a 17 yr old and 12 yr old, they all needed their own beds. Each person had their own room which was great. We stayed in the chalet and it had 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, small deck on front, large one in the back with a table and chairs, plus a balcony up top also. For our needs it suited us perfectly. It was a little outdated, and could have been a bit cleaner, but for being pet friendly I know it is harder to clean because of pets. We were still happy with our stay and would stay there again."

Inn at the Pier

"The hotel was nice and the location was good, but you did need to have a car to get to the surrounding tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful when we asked questions. The only thing to note is that there is a restaurant on site, but it is not open every day. We were disappointed that we couldn’t access the back area of the hotel property, which was the spot to sit and look out at the water, so this was a little disappointing. Also, no hot tub just a pool and it was a little too cold."
