"The old concept of offering genuine “service with a smile” is a rare thing these days but is alive and well in the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra. From first contact, the standard of customer service was exceptional.
A 2-hour flight delay late made us worry that the free hotel transport would be long gone but as we exited Accra’s brand spanking new Terminal 3, it was great to see our name on a board held by the Regency’s friendly and approachable driver.

"Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only thing missing was a bartender. He was off that night and we were only able to buy bottled beverages. Great location. Near the airport with shuttle provided and walking distance to Accra mall."
