"Hotel looks great. Service and staff are excellent. Room was cleaned, but AC was leaking. Spa is the best. Breakfast offers large selection. 40 min drive from IST airport."

"The room I rent was far away from looking like on the pictures. Wall next to the bathroom was falling apart, sofa bed was dirty and the room had no windows was placed in the bacement. When I asked at the reception to change the room they told me to cancel and pay twice more for an upgrade. "
