"The staff there were very nice and are helpful. I think Expedia has embellished the rating of the hotel as a 4.5 star. As an international hotel it would not meet that standard. Rooms were nice and clean. Lobby is very small as is the reception area. The restaurant is an open area from the lobby and you walk within a couple of metres of diners to get in and out. When large groups of travellers arrive it is chaotic as a result of little to no space and room to move. It’s also on a hill, with only a very small flat section directly at the front of the hotel, so trying to keep your baggage from rolling away was a new experience. That aside, overall it’s a good hotel with a good position in the city, but I found I spent almost all of my time away from the hotel as there was insufficient public space to relax outside of the room. "

"We got a double room with our own bathroom, clean & comfortable for us. If you are over 30 you will feel old, this is a hostel. Easy walk to the waterfront. We had drinks and a great salad at the onsite restaurant. "
